About Jennifer
Jennifer Weinstein has been passionate about art for as long as she can remember. Growing up in Florida, she began creating artwork and design projects for family, friends, and local businesses, laying the foundation for a lifelong creative career.
Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Arts from Pratt Institute in New York, where she dual majored in Graphic Design and Illustration. Living and studying in New York City immersed her in a vibrant artistic community and inspired her creative development. During this time, she worked in graphic design at Kohn Pedersen Fox Architects in New York City and Xand Corporation in Westchester, New York.
Over the years, Jennifer has remained deeply involved in both the arts and educational communities. Her travels have become an important source of inspiration, as she captures landscapes, coastal scenes, gardens, and botanical subjects through photography before interpreting them in watercolor, oil, acrylic, and mixed media. Her background in graphic design is evident in her strong sense of composition, color, and balance, bringing a distinctive style to each piece she creates.
In addition to her fine art, Jennifer is known for her custom hand-painted denim jackets. Inspired by her love of music, fashion, and storytelling, each wearable work of art is thoughtfully designed and individually painted for birthdays, holidays, special events, sororities, charitable organizations, and private commissions.
Jennifer's artwork has been exhibited in restaurants, boutiques, galleries, and community venues throughout Connecticut, including Harvest Wine Bar, South Bay Restaurant in Greenwich, and Claudette Boutique in New Canaan, She has also created custom jackets for numerous charities and fundraising events, including Meals on Main Street, Sacred Heart, the Boys & Girls Club, and the Greenwich Town Party. Her jackets are available at Round Hill Music in Greenwich.
Jennifer is an active member of the Greenwich Art Society, New Canaan Society for the Arts, and the Artists of Palm Beach County.
Jennifer now lives and works in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, where she continues to create contemporary botanical and coastal paintings, mixed media works, and custom hand-painted jackets inspired by music, nature, travel, and the beauty of coastal living.
